Shockwave Therapy Harley Street ("we", "our", "us") is a website owned by the UNTIL group. It publishes information about musculoskeletal shockwave therapy and passes enquiries to UNTIL Health Concierge, which arranges assessments with registered practitioners at UNTIL Marylebone, 1 Orchard Street, London W1H 6HJ. It is not a clinic and provides no treatment. The data controller contact is james.morrissey@until.co.uk.
Data we collect: when you send the request form, your first and last name, email address, your phone number if you give one, the options you choose and any message you write. The form asks you not to include medical history. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write.
How we use it: to reply to you and, if you want one, to arrange an assessment. To do that we pass your name, contact details and your answers to the practitioner the assessment is arranged with, so they can contact you. We never sell your data and never share it for marketing.
Where it goes: the form sends your answers by email, through our email provider Resend, to the UNTIL Health Concierge inbox. Where enquiry storage is switched on, a copy is also kept in an access-restricted database used only for enquiries.
Lawful basis and how long we keep it: we process an enquiry because you asked us to act on it, and we keep it only for as long as it is needed to answer you and arrange an assessment. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your UK GDPR rights: access, correction, deletion (subject to legal retention), restriction, and complaint to the ICO. Email james.morrissey@until.co.uk to exercise any right.
Website analytics run via PostHog (EU region) only after you accept the consent banner: page views and CTA clicks only, never form text or health information.
Other services this site loads: fonts from Google Fonts on every page, a Google Maps map on the contact and location pages, map tiles from CARTO (OpenStreetMap data) on the home page, and images from our Supabase storage. Each receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads, as any web server does. The Google Maps map is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
